Most items are dispatched within 3 working days. Most of our products will be listed with an estimated standard delivery time.

As all our items are personalised, we can only replace or refund if your item is faulty or damaged.

If you have selected tracked postage you will receive an email upon shipment with your tracking details.

At the moment we are only shipping to the UK. If you require shipping to another country, please email: rachel@personalisedkidsgifts.co.uk

We deal with a number of different suppliers and if you order two or more items these may come in separate packages.
